Your research question doesn’t seem to be clear. You mention the research question in the bringing and end of your paper but you don’t state what the question is. This could be fixed if you simply add your question at the end of your first paragraph.
I don’t feel you analyzed the data. It seems in your interview you asked questions and got answers, then you put that in your paper and that’s all. Maybe you could go in depth with the answers you were received and make it connect with a research question.
If your research question is how their discourse is better then other food chains maybe ask questions like: How do you communicate with other staff? What do you do when you have an encounter a bad customer? Is being polite and having good customer relations that important to selling fast food?
When stating that you had several questions to ask your friend, when interviewing her, you didn’t put all answers or questions in the paper, maybe you could add more of the interview to go in depth with your research.
