My new audiences for MA4 would be for those looking to find a job and what I mean by that is this is for other people looking for jobs and this will help them with getting and preparing for one. But for this one it’s for Chick-Fil-A which is a big restaurant. By giving them a big one first they can see hoe not scary the interview process is and how easy it is to get a good paying job. This is for my 16+ because Chick-Fil-A is for those who are looking for their first job.

What will you keep from the research project, and why?

One way I can keep myself from the research project is by not going back to it for references. By doing this I wont be tempted to go back on things.

What new sources do you need, and why do you need them? How will you use them?

My new sources I would need is how to be a good worker and how do I make sure I get the job. I will uses these by butting them in my MA4 project so my new audiences has a place to go and make sure that it will be the best for them.

Writing In high school was hard at first when I was first starting off but I think thought my time in high school i got better and created my on writing style.

I was the person who set up the interview with the Chick-Fil-A worker. Also, co-helped with making all the questions for our observation and the interview. It went well on my part I thought I did well on my part. I didn’t slack off and always asked questions when I didn’t know or understand something. It’s hard writing a document as a group because in my head I can see how I wanted to be done and get done but that never happened. Also, it’s hard to get people to do there work and even though I tell them over and over it just didn’t get done quick enough.

From what I have seen from other writers and readers is that writing is made up of so many different things for a research but is very easy when you know what you are doing. When reading other writers research it flows very nicely and is just straight to the point. When doing the research in our group it’s not as easy. I believe this because we are new and are learning so we as a group have so many questions but they are really easy to answer we as a group are just thinking way too hard about what needs to be done. In my own experience with a research project this would actual be one of the real first projects I’ve ever done in a group this small. All the groups I have been in have 2 people for each topic. But with this small group its difficult but we are doing better everyday with what needs to be done.

“Research is a great idea for me haha was the way I got to see ya guys again. ” This sentence it came up with in my phone makes no sense at all and is just funny. It shows me that I use haha a lot but I don’t use ya so I’m a little confused as to why it had that in the sentence. And for the past couple of weeks i’ve been trying to hangout with some friends so that probably why is says see you again.

I feel like I have grown a lot since the start of the semester. I feel more confident in writing and getting to understand some key terms. This researcher project helps me really show what i’m made of and how hard and good I work with others. This time around its asking me to be a leader but I choose that role because I wanted to see how well I would do at it. I feel like it is going very good for my first time around. my group is working harder and faster than ever and i’m very grateful for there hard work. Because in the end we are all trying to get a good grade in this class.

I feel pretty good about what we are doing in the process of what we need to address. Our group was a little shaky in the beginning but as we started to explain some things it got better and i feel like everyone got there work done like I asked. I’m not so confident in my group staying on task because we get very sidetracked sometimes but it takes us a while to get back on track. The good news is that I don’t like getting sidetracked so I always say something so we can get back on track sooner. We will need to develop more listening skills and really trying to understand the texts/articles we are reading. We are all here to help and get the best grade we possible can.

I was assigned to read James Paul Gee, “Literacy, Discourse, and Linguistics: Introduction” (page 274)

When reading this article/essay it really hit all the points I went over in our Tuesday class expressing the ideas of what Discourse Community Analysis is. I stated that in different areas in which we live we have different ways of speaking, learning, walking, talking, dress appearance, and the way we introduce ourselves to each other. In the article it stated the same things but of course more in depth. The main point in this article/essay was the Discourse which was all about having a set way of doing things like a set of instructions you follow but its to the T.
